I’ve ordered from Sunrise Click twice now, and both times the delivery showed up when they said it would. The tracking was updated regularly, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it was, well, not wondering much anyway. The box arrived in good shape too. Nothing too exciting to report, it just got here when it was supposed to, which I appreciate.

I was expecting the refund to take a while, but it came through quickly. From my experience, the whole process was easy and didn’t give me any stress.

I ordered from sunriseclick.com and ended up needing to exchange my item because the size wasn’t right. The exchange itself wasn’t too complicated, but the responses were slower than I expected and I had to follow up once to get things moving.
They did take care of it in the end, and the replacement showed up in good condition, so I can’t complain too much. It just wasn’t the quickest or smoothest exchange experience. Has anyone else had the same issue with slow replies? I’d say 3 stars is fair.

I personally wouldn’t trust a review from someone who hasn’t used the service, so I’m just sharing what I genuinely went through.

To be fair, the item did show up in the end and everything was fine, I suppose, but the waiting around was frustrating. Probably okay if you’re not in a rush, but I wouldn’t count on it if you need something quickly

Price is decent for what you get, but I was hoping for little more. It’s not bad deal, just not something I’d get too excited about

I did get a response from customer service , but it took longer than I was hoping . Once they replied , the info was actually helpful . I just wish sunriseclick.com was a bit faster with updates . Overall , it was okay , not awful , but not amazing either .

Like, searching was easy, comparing options was easy, updating my info was easy, and even the confirmation part was quick. Nothing felt confusing or annoying, which is always a plus. I’d definitely use it again.
